Can a Christian practice Martial Arts?

I know many people who come to Christ have literally taken a vow to "follow Him". That's wonderful.
In making that choice ,we soon find that a lot of the worldly things we once loved will be revealed in the truth of Gods word and through the Holy Spirit as a deception from the enemy.

Lets face it we are to be SET APART ,and come out of Babylon and worldly things . The reason for that is because so much of what we did do as an unbeliever was "Ungodly" in the sight of GOD.

As a believer in Christ we are shaken up ,we are a "new Creation" stripped from the "Old Man"and new in our spiritual walk ,firmly being rooted by Gods every word , and so we should be to honor God and follow His commandments to be seen as righteous.
In saying that I do see a lot of Christians still practicing different things that God wouldn't deem right.
Yes it does take time in learning in our faith and our sanctification walk ,and God will reveal to us through the Holy spirit all you need to know ,when you are a God fearing Christian . So... in this Article I will be exploring why Martial Arts is something to be deemed Unholy in Gods eyes and from His word. I encourage if you are practicing Martial Arts you think and pray on this article and watch the video attached as well.
It inst just Martial Arts either it is many things. Those things which a regarded in many cultures as Disciplinary spiritual practices such as Yoga , Reiki , Transcendental meditation, Tai chi, Qi Gong,Energy Healing, Acupuncture and a few more.
In this article Im focusing on the Chinese Martial arts however every culture has its own beliefs and esoteric mysticism and spirituality so there is generally an overlay with all types of Martian Arts.

Martial Arts.

Martial Arts is seen as a Spiritual Disciplinary Art that inspires SELF control, SELF confidence,SELF esteem and SELF empowerment. I have highlighted the world SELF as this reflects upon yourself when practicing Martial Arts and is no different to the New Age movement where every one relies on SELF , creating the SELF to be more like a god.
God's true word tells us that we are NOT to lean on our own understanding, or as satanist Aleister Crowley said, "do as thou wilt" but put God first and rely on Him as He is the power, and all Godly power comes from the Holy SPIRIT not another demonic spirit.

Martial Arts became popular in the western world in the 1970's and 80's which it was influenced by TV, and movies by the famous Bruce Lee classics ,celebrities and even politicians practicing the Arts. It is largely seen today as SELF defense, a competitive disciplined sport and as a health and fitness regime.
Martial Arts gains its power from spiritual mysticism and popularity pushed it into a science combined with spirituality
( hence the word SPIRIT).Some of these practices fringe upon sorcery ( witchcraft) and Chinese black magic which turns these Martial Arts into the supernatural with compelling force.

Lets take a look at the first of the 10 commandments
1-You shalt have no other gods before me
2- You shalt not make Idols ( Idolatry)

Lets look in to the SPIRIT or what they call the FORCE behind Martial Arts

The Chinese classic "Tao Teh Ching" a classic book about spiritual energy called Tao OR Universal life force energy ( the force) .It is based upon the principals of Yin/Yang which represents the merging Light verses Dark.Two opposites but equal in strength of power.The two harmonize together and the Tao is made "manifest" through the power of a "force".
Through this merging made manifest, spiritual gifts and abilities is be achieved.

The Tao is called the Great MOTHER , empty yet inexhaustible,
it gives birth to infinite worlds. It is always present within you,
and you can use it in anyway you want.

This Power or force was said to be behind the Star wars series in the movies and on Tv. Making it it seems possible and powerful having influence over people to want this incredible power for themselves. The force of light and darkness is the very thing that lucifer claims to be himself.
Albert Pike 1840 , Freemason and Lucifer worshiper was clearly supporting this apostate doctrine in his works, clearly stated that Lucifer is the light ,and that the Holy One true God, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the darkness. Many slip into the enemy's lair by false doctrines .

Without thoroughly reading about the History of Martial Arts and where the practice originates and the philosophies and principals for which it is founded, one will only be deceived.
In a similar way we could ask ..."Would you leave your children with a babysitter overnight without a through checking of their credentials? "
No of course not , but why do so many people take up a practice without doing research first and just accept something that appears to look good on the outside without asking the questions.
Having spent time questioning many reiki practitioners this question , their response was simply.....

It was the same energy ( universal life force energy as reiki ) that is also used in Martial arts albeit sometimes references by different names. It is said that these forces or energies are waiting to be "awakened'. We also see an explosion of esoteric and New Age practices delving into the Chi, Prana, Mana, Orgone, vibrational, subtle energy ( all referring to the same thing) with the forces or the negative and the positive Ying/yang aspects that provide the super human strength and the force behind the "power".
Do not be deceived, this is none other than a major deception and that power alone comes from SATAN that old serpent of old.
The spiritual significance is revealed in the -Tiger- and the -Dragon -which is synonymous with Martial Arts.
The tiger represents mans physical strength and power,earthly and carnal and unregenerate heart and mans will to conquer.

The dragon revealed...
Now the Dragon is very popular in Chinese cultures and history.
The dragon represents the symbol for the PRINCE OF THE POWER OF THE AIR.
Principalities and powers of darkness that now work in the children of disobedience.
Its is the spirit of the Dragon which is seen as the power of above all others in Martial Arts .
It is the Dragon which is sought after by people in awe for this power, for those practicing Martial Arts.

Some Martial Arts train people in hard training ,becoming a warrior with killing instincts. (See Video)
These practices allow people to become demonized when they are bowing and inviting the powers of the spirit into their lives. There body becomes the vessel in which the power manifests.

So exposing the Martial Arts as an occultic pagan practice , we can see its just another one of the many deceptions that Satan has mastered in his way to fool the world. I recommend watching this video especially if your a visual learner for clarity and full understanding on this topic.

Any aspect of Kung Fu or Karate or Krav Maga, Taekwondo, Tai Chi or any of the many martial arts that requires you to open your mind to forces unknown is spiritual adultery against God.
